The citizen of Poland has submitted the judicial claim against administration of the Egyptian hotel rest in which has ended with pregnancy for its 13-year-old daughter. The woman asserts that the unique possible reason of it is water in the general pool where they bathed.

Similar claims did not see neither Poland, nor Egypt. Nevertheless Magdalena Kvjatkovska which is representing itself as plaintiff, intends to achieve from the Egyptian party of indemnification. The citizen of Poland it is convinced that the girl has casually picked up "ownerless" semen in "splash pool" – the general pool where all bathe having a rest.

Such version of "interesting position" girls is put forward by persevering mother. She insists that the daughter never met young men, therefore to "pick up" pregnancy to it absolutely there was no place.

The Polish service on supervision of tourist activity and representatives of the tour agency serving mother and the daughter, have already confirmed the fact of giving of the statement of claim in court. "She intends to go to the last with the claim", – confirms a source from the Polish tour agency.

In the meantime the reasons of pregnancy of the minor girl can be much more prosy. About it tells experience of Great Britain and the USA where cases of pregnancy of teenagers only increase. So, in the United States schoolboys even more often become young parents. Such disturbing tendency was noticed by experts of the Federal interdepartmental forum on the children’s and family statistics.

The factor of birth rate among girls at the age of 15-17 years has raised since 2005 – now everyone 22nd schoolgirl from thousand becomes mum, and the total of sorts among teenagers in the country has made more than 138 thousand. That girls-teenagers decide to give birth to the child at early age, indicators of sorts born prematurely babies have increased also, and 8,3 % of kids are born with weight below norm.
