The First British Airways Flight Arrived in Male

On October 25, 2009, the first British Airways flight, direct from London Gatwick (LGW), arrived safely at the international airport of Male, capital city of the Maldives, with 272 tourists on board.

British Airways Flies Directly to Male Three Times a Week

Direct flights from London Gatwick (LGW) to Male, Maldives (MLE) every Tuesday, Friday and Sunday.? The flight departs at 19:10. Flights from Male to London Gatwick leave at 13.20 every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday.? The flight lasts 10 hours going to the Maldives and 11 hours returning.? Prices are currently around GBP 650, including all taxes and surcharge in economy class.
